- Our Content: All materials are owned by Tutorhow or its licensors.
- Limited License: You may access content for personal, educational use only.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
- Use the Platform respectfully and lawfully.
- Avoid harmful activities like harassment, hacking, or spreading malware.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

- Liability: Tutorhow’s liability is limited to the amount paid for a Course.

These Terms apply specifically to instructors and content creators on courses.tutorhow.com.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
By accessing the platform, you agree to comply with all guidelines and policies as outlined here. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
- Must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
- Provide accurate and updated information.
- Protect your password and account.
- Do not use the Services for illegal purposes or data harvesting.
3. Content Creator Terms
- Ownership: You must own or have licenses for all uploaded content.
- Content Standards: No inappropriate, violent, or discriminatory material is permitted.
- Piracy: Uploading copyrighted material without permission is prohibited.
- Removal Rights: Tutorhow may remove content that violates policies.
4. Intellectual Property
- Tutorhow owns all platform IP including logos and branding.
- Creators retain ownership of their course content.
- Report IP violations to us for prompt action.
5. Digital Content and Platform Use
Tutorhow provides a hosting platform for educational content. Content quality and accuracy are the creator’s responsibility.
6. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
Content creators must indemnify Tutorhow against claims arising from their content. Tutorhow’s liability is limited as per law.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kerala, India.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
